Rajat is the Director of Technology at Nirvāna. He joined as a software developer in the early days of Nirvāna. He quickly hit the ground running and achieved great success by implementing creative solutions to numerous challenges thrown at him. Through his leadership skills and creativity, he implemented several key initiatives that helped drive efficiency in product support and development operations. His proven leadership abilities and hands on technical knowledge along with “can be done” attitude has been an asset for the Company. As a senior technical leader, he is a key contributor of the broader architectural direction and technology vision chosen by the Company. Rajat is responsible for implementing key strategies and business decisions to successfully deliver and implement the firm’s software products and services.
