Each new client is assigned a lead representative from the time they sign on with us . This person acts as a single point of contact and is solely responsbile for our client's success. Our support team are always available by phone, instant messenger and/or email. Additionally we include Citrix's GoToMyPC support tool for every user of Prana so that we can troubleshoot issues remotely. Finally, we offer onsite support for all major financial centers.
